Harry's Hideout
Terms & Conditions
We really love having a secure field which can offer a service to so many people and their dogs. For this to continue, we need our customers to ensure they adhere to a number of terms and conditions. This allows us to keep operating, but most importantly maintains a provision for hundreds of local people.

General Use
-
Use of the field and all equipment is entirely at the owner's risk. Harry's Hideout cannot accept responsibility for any loss, illness, or injury to dogs or people while using the site.
-
There is currently NO fresh water on site. Customers must bring their own water for themselves and their dogs.
-
Dogs must be supervised at all times. Please ensure you dog does not dig under the fencing, climbs gates/fences, or cause damage to the field or equipment.
-
Children must be supervised at all times. This is an act dogs space and safety is the responsibility of the adult attending.
Arrivals and Departures
-
Please do not arrive early. A 10-minute gap is built into every booking to prevent contact between customers and ensure privacy for dogs who need space.
-
Leave the field promptly at the end of your session. This will maintain the buffer for the next user.

Noise and Consideration for Neighbours
-
Minimise noise at all times. Harry's Hideout is in a rural residential area, and we don't want to disrupt our neighbours.
-
Keep dogs under control to avoid excessive barking. This is particularly during quieter times of the day (early morning, later evenings).
-
Respect quiet hours. These are highlighted in all booking confirmations
-
If you dog becomes excessively vocal and cannot be settled, please end your session early out of consideration for nearby neighbours.
Waste and Cleanliness
-
All dog waste must be picked up. Poo bags and bins are provided.
-
Remove all litter, toys, or belongings before leaving.
-
No digging holes. If your dog digs, please fill the hole as best you can before leaving.

Safety and Conduct
-
Adhere to dog quantities. No more than the number of dogs listed in your booking may be brought in to the field.
-
No smoking, fires, BBQs, or glass containers on site.
-
Appropriate parking. Only parking in the designated secure area is allowed - please don't block access to the track or use the lay-by opposite.
